Booking Conditions
To secure your reservation with Bali Tropical Tours, a valid credit card or advance deposit is required. All rates are quoted in USD and include local taxes unless otherwise specified.
- Minimum age for independent bookings is 18 years.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a digital confirmation voucher.
- Special requests (dietary, accessibility) must be declared at the time of booking.
- Group bookings of 10+ people may be subject to additional deposit terms.
Cancellation Policy
FULL REFUND
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date.
50% REFUND
Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days before the tour date.
NO REFUND
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or "no shows".
Note: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
